Terms, privacy and payments.

These terms govern the use of vikrentresearch.in, every engagement with Vikrent Research Avenue LLP (“the firm”, “we”), and every product or service sold by the firm, including those of its ventures such as AURAXIS (opens in a new tab). By using the site, submitting an enquiry, or making a payment, you accept them.

Where a signed engagement letter, proposal, order form or product-specific terms (together, the “Agreed Terms”) apply, the Agreed Terms prevail over this page to the extent of any conflict.

Vikrent Research Avenue LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India, trading as Vikrent Research. Ventures incubated by the firm, including AURAXIS, are brands of the firm and do not constitute separate legal entities unless stated otherwise in their Agreed Terms.

The firm provides research, consultancy, education and technology. It is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing it publishes or delivers is investment advice, a research recommendation on securities, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

• Research files state evidence, method and inference. Decisions taken on them remain the client's own.
• The firm does not manage client funds, execute trades on a client's behalf, or accept fees linked to trading performance.
• AURAXIS and any other trading technology are provided as software tools. Trading gold (XAU/USD), derivatives or leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, including loss exceeding the initial deposit. Historical or simulated results do not indicate future performance. Users are responsible for their broker, their account, their position sizing, and compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

No work begins until scope, method, deliverable, timeline and fee are agreed in writing. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are carried out and may change the fee or timeline. Estimated dates depend on the client providing timely information and access.

The firm exercises professional care and skill but does not guarantee any commercial, investment or trading outcome. Findings reflect the evidence available at the date of delivery.

Fees, currency, taxes and payment schedule are stated in the Agreed Terms or at checkout. Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment gateway

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet details are entered on Cashfree's secure pages and are handled under its PCI-DSS controls. The firm never receives or stores full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords, and will never ask for them by email, telephone or message.

One collecting entity

Payments for all of the firm's services, projects and ventures, including AURAXIS, are collected by and in the name of Vikrent Research Avenue LLP. Your bank or card statement will therefore reference Vikrent, not the venture name. An invoice or receipt identifying the product purchased is issued for every payment.

• International payments may attract currency conversion, cross-border or bank charges, which are borne by the payer.
• If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the gateway. Contact us with the transaction reference if it is not.
• Duplicate payments are refunded in full once verified.
• Please contact the firm before raising a chargeback, so the matter can be resolved directly and quickly.

Refund eligibility differs by product and engagement. The refund policy that applies to a purchase is the one stated in its Agreed Terms at the time of purchase. Where no refund right is stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun or access has been granted.

• Request. Write to compliances@vikrentresearch.in (for AURAXIS purchases, desk@auraxis.vikrentresearch.in) from the email used at purchase, with the invoice or transaction reference and the reason for the request.
• Assessment. The request is checked against the criteria agreed at purchase. We confirm the outcome in writing.
• Payment. If the request is eligible and all agreed criteria are met, the refund is initiated within 7 working days of approval, to the original payment method. Receipt of funds is subject to the processing time of Cashfree, the card network and your bank.
• Deductions. Payment gateway charges, bank or currency conversion charges, applicable taxes that cannot be reclaimed, and any service fees stated in the Agreed Terms are deducted from the refunded amount.

Engagements may be cancelled in writing. Unless the Agreed Terms say otherwise, work completed and costs committed up to the date of cancellation remain payable.

On full payment, the client receives a licence to use its deliverables for its own internal purposes. The firm retains ownership of its methods, models, software, templates and pre-existing material, including AURAXIS. Deliverables may not be resold, published or redistributed without written consent. Software licences are personal to the licensee and may not be shared, sublicensed or reverse-engineered.

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

The firm processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.

• What we collect. Details you submit through the enquiry form (name, organisation, email, telephone, market, decision date and description), correspondence, and billing details needed to invoice you. Payment instrument details are collected by Cashfree, not by the firm; we receive only the transaction status and reference.
• Why. To respond to enquiries, deliver engagements, issue invoices and refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
• Who processes it. Our hosting and email providers, Cashfree for payments, and professional advisers, each only as needed to perform their service. Some providers may process data outside India under appropriate safeguards.
• How long. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Engagement and billing records are kept for as long as tax and company law require.
• Cookies. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, withdraw consent, or nominate a representative, by writing to compliances@vikrentresearch.in. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not scrape, copy at scale, frame, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; the firm is not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the firm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or trading and investment losses, and its total liability arising from any engagement or purchase is limited to the fees paid for that engagement or product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, the courts having jurisdiction over the firm's registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the Agreed Terms provide for arbitration.

The firm may update this page; the effective date below will change when it does. Purchases remain governed by the version in force when they were made.
